The Mustad Black Blade Hoof Knife is well-balanced with a comfortable ergonomically designed handle.
The blade exits in line with the lower part of the handle allowing utmost accuracy whilst trimming the sole. The hook has been made with a smaller radius, making it easier to trim between the frog and the bar.
The smaller hook also makes it easier to form smaller holes in the hoof when removing abscesses. The blade is made of the most suitable knife-steel and hardened and tempered for high performance and durability.
